Problems with Mini Opera and Opera 8.0 for WM5 - Motorola Q Forum

Anyone get either of these apps to work with their Q properly? Hot keys not working, can't get to the address bar, bottom of browser page graphically glitchy, etc.

Also, the Opera Tutorial tells me I can download images through the browser by going through settings--page information--then there are supposedly options to download. I'm using the basic Opera Mini. Is this only a feature of the advanced version? Or do I file this under "Opera not working on my Q"?

Opera 8 for WM5 is a PPC application, not for Smartphone. Try this one:

This version definitely works better than the previous but now I can't navigate within individual windows...no scrolling, can't enter info in any fields...but everything else is working great...new windows, full screen, no graphical anomalies at all...but can't do anything INSIDE the browser window. Any ideas?

Strike that, got it to work fine. Just required a complete restart. Working great now. Thanks for the redirect. Now if only I could get it to download images! Oh well.

How do you move between fields? I have to hit the center key to be able to enter data and then if I hit the center button to "go back out" and to the next field, it thinks I am submitting the data.... in other words, I end up usually sending username but no password...
