Problem with Free Ringtone maker at Phonezoo

Has anyone been able to make ring tones on the http://www.phonezoo.com web site for free out of MP3’s and then get them installed on their phone? I have made multiple ring tones but have not been able to get them installed on the phone. I receive a text message saying I have a PIX or FLIX Message and to go to www.vzwpix.com. When I go there it asks me to login and it has a message but I can’t figure out how to get the ringtone.
Any help with this problem would be great. I have reported the problem to the Phonezoo web site but since it’s free I imagine that support is not great.

We are very diligent about responding quickly.

This message is caused when your phone is not setup for PIX message delivery by Verizon. There are 2 ways to fix this - Register & login to vzwpix.com and setup PIX messaging OR call *611 from your mobile phone to talk to Verizon customer service and have them manually enable PIX messaging.

We have many Q customers receiving ringtones via Phonezoo and we are sure once this feature is enabled on your phone, you will be able to do the same

Just use audacity its free you can take any mp3 off your computer cut it how you want and export to any file on your computer as an mp3. Then with the mp3 you can just put it in your sounds folder through activesync on your phone.
