Default Problem uninstalling XM Radio

Hi all - new guy here....I searched the forum first before starting this thread...

I recently attempted to install a program to listen to XM Radio...it didn't seem to work, so I went to uninstall it. There is no "Uninstall" option in the program, so I went to Start/Settings/Remove programs. XM Radio does not appear in the list. I went to File Explorer and tried to delete it manually, but I get an error message, saying "The file XMRadio is a system file. If you remove it, your device or programs may no longer work correctly. Are you sure you want to delete it?" I hit yes and get an error saying "Cannot delete XMRadio: Access is denied. I also tried to delete the folder via Total Commander - same problem.

I am trying to clean up my device, and this one is being difficult. Any help would be appreciated.

make sure the program is not running
run the task manager and kill the app should it be running

if you delete it from the file manager then there will be left over items
you can download and install SKtools this will clean up any left over items left behind

Thanks - I did verify that the program was not runnning using the Task Manager (it was not running).

I attempted to uninstall the program using "Remove Programs", but it doesn't appear on the list of installed programs.

Then I attempted to uninstall it using the "Add/Remove Programs" tool in ActiveSync. It also does not appear in the list of installed programs.

Then, using both File Explorer and Total Commander, I can see the program installed in a folder called "/Program Files/XMRadio", but the device won't let me uninstall it.

EDIT: BTW, I DID try SK Tools to no avail....

Am I looking at a hard reset?

try to remove any 'system' properties on the files so you can delete them
if not then im not sure what...perhaps you just leave it and no uninstall...as long as its not in the way just leave it
