Ok just realized I had to hit the send receive button, then it appeared, how do I make automatically send/receive so the emails get sent to Wireless Sync with out me having to log in (kinda defeats the purpose of getting it sent to the Q)

Well, it depends on if your using push mail or pull mail.. Push mail is done with Outlook and the mail is sent to there and your phone gets it from there. Pull Mail (sounds like what your doing) will check gmail every 15 minutes (or whatever you have it set on) and will take all new emails to your phone.. So make sure you have it set on 15 minutes, send another email and wait for like 15 minutes to see if it arrives.. Hope this helps.. I had your same problem not to long ago...

Default I could use some help with GMAIL too.

I installed the IBM MIDP (Java Midlet Engine) according to instructions I got from a qusers site user called "ominx" (see below for the steps).

According to other forum posts these instructions seem to have worked for everybody. Now they can use the gmail.app for real interactive access of GMAIL.

However, mine doesn't quite seem to work. I can start the GMAIL app, and I log in, and I see the colorful "Gmail" logo and it says "Loading" in a yellow oval on the top right of the screen, and then it gives me a black and white screen that says Network Error on the title bar, and the text on the screen says:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected server response: 404 Not Found

I happen to use a gmail hosted domain account. (so although I am using GMAIL, my e-mail account is not @gmail.com, it is @muppethouse.com).
Does anybody know if that is the problem?

Or, has anybody fixed the Network Errror "404 Not Found" problem?

----------------------

1.) Download IBM Java from: http://files.filefront.com//;6090608;;/

2.) Copy the entire J9 folder to the root of your Q keeping directory structure

3.) In the J9\MIDP20 folder create a subfolder called apps

4.) Download the Gmail jar file from: http://gmail.com/app/v1.0.0/en/gmail-g.jar

5.) Download Gmail jad from: http://gmail.com/app/v1.0.0/en/gm-Ge...nced_MIDP2.jad

6.) Rename the jad file gmail.jad for simplicity

7.) Copy both gmail.jad & gmail-g.jar to \J9\MIDP20\apps

8.) Run emulator.exe found in \J9\MIDP20\bin

9.) Select install and in the drop down box select "/"

10.) In the URL box type \J9\MIDP20\apps\gmail.jad

11.) Follow prompts until you see the application has been installed successfully

12.) Create a text file for a direct shortcut to the Gmail java app

13.) Use the following line for the shortcut (keep it a single line):
197#"\J9\MIDP20\bin\j9midp20.exe" -classpath "\J9\MIDP20\apps\gmail-g.jar" "-Xbootclasspath:\J9\MIDP20\lib\jclMidp20\jclMidp20. jxe" javax.microedition.lcdui.AppManager "\J9\MIDP20\apps\gmail.jad"

14.) Save the text file as Gmail.lnk

15.) Copy Gmail.lnk to \Windows\Start Menu

16.) To fix fonts download http://mysite.verizon.net/res00tqh/fontPaths.jar

17.) Copy fontPaths.jar to \J9\MIDP20\lib\jclMidp20\ext

18.) Optional: Create a speed dial shortcut for one click access from your homescreen
