Default Possible problem with TCPMP player.

I am hoping someone could shed some light on this matter.
Using IE with the tcpmp player I've been browsing flash video sites. After about eight videos the screen goes fuzzy, then dark and the phone does not respond to any input. I have to pull the battery and replace it.
Is this an issue with the software or the phone? I have one more week left in the return/exchange window.
Any assistance and advice is greatly appreciated.

That's not common behavior for TCPMP or the Q. I regularly watch full blown movies on the Q without it getting too hot and shutting down, and I also have streamed several videos myself without the issue you mentioned.

So this is probably an overheating issue? If that's the case is there anything that I can do besides replacing the phone?
I was hoping that it might have been a software issue and uninstall/reinstall of

I was hoping that it might have been a software issue and uninstall/reinstall of TCPMP would correct the problem.
Is there any software that could detect and log the cause of the problem?
Thanks.

I'm not sure of any softwares that can monitor the CPU temp of our Qs, or one that can give you error codes to track down specific problems.

Watching 8 you-tube type videos shouldn't cause your Q to lock up, I'd try and get a replacement while you're in your exchange time frame.
