  | I believe it does use data....phone has to recieve the weather updates from somewhere right? |

| Not true dat. You can configure PW however you please... Download weather data over AS only.. Download weather data automatically over data connection.. Download weather data manually over data connection.. Download weather data automatically over both AS (PC) and data connection.. Download weather data manually over both AS (PC) and data connection.. Have it your way.
