Well I tried Smartphone notes - like it fine on the Q , but unfortunately even if you password protect a note on the Q , it is NOT encrypted on the PC ActiveSync backup. I don't like that.

Also Smartphone notes requires a pswd be entered for EVERY protected note - which is a pain to me.

I really want more of a vault - where one password opens up all the protected documents. Anyone know which product does that? TIA

look at ewallet....its mostly for passwords but I think can be used for notes, etc. It will sync with its own desktop component, but not outlook.

Thanks Tony - actually that's what I want - something stand alone from Outlook.

Do you know if there is a way to port my Outlook notes (which originally came from my palm) into ewallet?

Yes, where on the website does it say that.. I will remove the "desktop version" piece of that sentence....Its been out over a year...
