for that you need a dedicated "Notes" app. I use Smartphone Notes, but you may also consider PhatNotes. I believe MS OneNote also syncs.

I didn't even demo smartphonenotes for five minutes before I decided to buy it.

I've found AgendaOne to be very buggy. It locked my Q9c on Windows 6 and I could scroll through lists on AgendaOne with the Windows 6.1 upgrade.

ExtremeAgenda required me to open the program instead of it integrating itself, which I found to be a pain.

Oxios ToDo List is good, but only handles task lists.

I'm looking at Agendus now

Check out PocketInformant. Also, SBSH is updating Papyrus. It should be available via public beta within a week and it is very well done.

regarding extreme agenda...
did you go in to the options and make sure they were set as default rather than having to open the app

been using it for months and its fully integrated

I may have not. I might see if I can get another trial.

Agenda One seemed to be really slow on my Q. I'm wondering if there is an issue with my phone given how much people seem to like some of these programs.

There shouldn't be because I don't have much installed in the way of third party apps other than Google maps and what got installed with Windows Mobile 6.1.

You're in the beta team, right?
