I have downloaded this and ttried installing it, but all the .CAB files i used in the .zip file don't work. Am i missing a step here? Please advise.

The Q is not a PPC.

Well, why is the program in the Freeware section on this site? It has had tons of downloads with no other complaints. I figured that if it was on this site, that it would work for my phone.

Couldn't say. Just make sure you are downloading the Smartphone version for the ARM processor instead of PPC version for the ARM.

I know the post is getting a little old now, but seeing as how I am having the same problem.. I thought I'd speak up.. If I download the version from downloads section.. it will go through the install, but it wont show up on the Q. the only warning it shows is the one telling me to check if the application requires further input on the phone.

Hi Bitten,
I had the same problem but I got it worked out. I went here:

http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/RegEdit/

When you select the package, pick the top choice:
Smartphone 2002,2003 (ARM/PXA)

I downloaded it to my desktop, transferred to the Q in the Program Files folder, clicked it and poof it installed and works! You have to run it by clicking the .exe in file manager... no icon.
