Default PDF Viewer does not work

I recently purchased and registered a copy of "Reader Mobile" by Orneta. It supposedly is able to view .pdf documents. I have tryed to open these but only get a blank screen. Has anyone else had this problem? is there any other software out there that will read .pdf documents.

Why are you using a 3rd party software to view PDFs, the file viewer that ships with the phone can handle PDFs fine, have you tried it yet? if so what was the problem that was occuring?

I just sent a PDF to myself and it worked great. Are you sure it's completely downloaded?

chris,

i have transferred a .pdf file onto my q (on my storage card) but when i try to open the file it says that it can't find the file (or one of its components). I'm not entirely sure what the problem is.

I had a similar problem. I ended up removing the software in favor of Documents2go.

I just bought a moto q9c from sprint. the pdf to go that comes with it can barely read some of my pdf journal papers. the fonts and scientific text are all garbled. I am wondering if any 3rd party s/w is good enough.

Thanks. I tried downloading the trial version of clearvue pdf but it cannot install as 'it is not a valid windows CE application'. I got the same message for some other s/w I tried like brain trainer.

Is the phone locked for s/w installs?

this error means you need to install it on your PC

hook up your Q to the PC via active sync and run the file from your PC desktop
