To get rid of that TeaShark issue, go into Menu-->Tools-->Preferences and check the box that says Use Phone's editor.

got the white screen a few times today, it even crashed once (mini)

Haven't tried Teashark but the only time mini locks on me is when I have been to a lot of sites that load up the images. Have to exit and reload the page.

I just downloaded the new version from my phone and am getting the "untrusted application...do you want to allow Net access?" screen. Is there a link to the multi-certificate version (or whatever the version is that will NOT give me that stupid permission screen every time I try to surf) that I can access from my phone? Or do you HAVE to do it from a desktop?

You can get rid of that screen with the Fix.zip method that we used for versions of Opera Mini prior to 4.1. It's described in the main Opera Mini thread here at EQ. I also have a link to the instructions on my apps page.

download the Verisign cert version, that one won't prompt for access after you choose don't ask again, and that upgrade kept my bookmarks.

Mine is hanging at a white screen with a progress bar that says installing. It will not go any further and if I kill task in task manager and bring it up again, it will still do it. Anyone have this issue before?

I uninstalled it and reinstalled and it took care of the issue. I was just installing it over the top before and it did not fix it.

However, I am having the same issue with both, which leads me to believe it's java based. Whenver I hit a number key to excecute a function like #2 to scroll down, it will scroll down, then keeeep scrolling - as if I am holding it down.. The zoom (#5) acts up this way in teashark as well...

Any thoughts?

Are you using QCaps or the like? If so turn off qcaps by pressing qq.
