 |  It probably means that you're trying to use a non-smartphone specific app. Or maybe that your phone is locked. I dunno if it would give you that error though. What app are you having problems with? |

   | it could be either one... make 100% sure you have the Smartphone version of whatever you are installing, if that gives you a problem then yes, run AEConfig.

 | this probably means you are trying to install an .exe file that is meant to be installed from the PC while the Q is hooked up via active sync
