[no sender] [no subject] email problem

does anyone else have this problem? I got an email from wireless sync that says [no sender] [no subject]. It is un-deletable and un-movable. I had to do a hard reset last time. I called verizon and they told me the only way to fix it is a hard reset.

I don't want to do a hard reset. I am tired of doing hard resets.

I also get an error: error occured while getting inbox records.

So i am not getting my emails anymore.

did a hard reset, not that anyone cares. now using direct active sync to my work's exchange server.

I don't think it's that nobody cares. Maybe nobody else had that problem.
