First, make sure you have some NES ROMs. They are files ending in .NES extension. Usually posting NES ROMs are illegal so I won't do it. =(
In any case, here are the steps:
0. Copy your NES ROMs to somewhere in your mini SD.
1. Go here:
http://tillanosoft.com/ce/tgetfile.html
2. Download tGetFile by clicking on "tgfdllsp43e.zip" for Smartphone, CE 3.0 or higher. The link to this is:
http://tillanosoft.com/anonymous_ftp...gfdllsp43e.zip - download this to your computer.
3. Unzip tgfdllsp43e.zip.
4. Copy the unzipped files to somewhere on your mini SD. You probably don't need all these files but you can delete them later.
5. Go to
http://www.modaco.com/index.php?show...l=pocketnester
6. Download PocketNesterPlus.rar from the first post to your computer.
7. Unzip PocketNesterPlus.rar. Copy PocketNesterPlus.exe from the zip to your mini SD.
8. mini SD should now have the necessary files.
9. Navigate to the folder where you saved tGetFile. Double click on tgetfile.spvarm.CAB. This will install the DLL.
10. You will get various prompts asking you if it's OK. Click YES through all of them. Afterwards, it will begin installing.
11. After it's done installing, execute PocketNesterPlus.exe.
12. Chances are that your screen will be weirdly flipped, so go to Options --> Display, then select "Landscape Left." Select OK.
13. Click File --> Open ROM... navigate to your ROM directory.
14. Click on a ROM.
You can configure further settings like control by going to options.
Also, setting up the directional buttons can be a bit tricky. When I play games on my pc, I use the ASDW standard - W for up, S for down, A for left, and D for right. To make this work, I used the following:
up: d key
down: a key
left: w key
right: s key
This might not make sense when you look at it, but it works.
