Need help!!

i need help my moto q8 just stopped working right now when i hit the up key it enteres the number 9 when i hit the m key it enters the number 8 and if you are txting and hit the button m or y it sends the message and the backlight on the keys is very dim can barely see ive tried master reset and didnt help!

Um, if master resetting doesn't fix that, you might have to send it in and get a replacement. But maybe someone else has a solution.

could the keyboard be broke because i was mad a few minutes ago and started to hit the keyboard lol and now it works alot better than it did the keyboard backlights got brighter and everything now when i press the up button it works 50% of the time the other time it presses 9

we can & will not advice you to abuse/molest/do harm to your Q.. it's against what we stand for, okay.. maybe it's just what i stand for :}

do yall think it could be the Motorola Q keypad PCB?
cause when i rub my fingers pass the keypad the backlights and buttons start functioning properly
