Mundu Radio? - Motorola Q Forum

Has anyone tried this software on his/her Q? Apparently it streams over 7000 internet radio stations... Please share any experiences.

Just got it working. pretty coolfor a free player. Not much buffering. Adding playlists on-line makes it nice and easy

Where did you download it from? I tried from download.com, but could not get it to work...

The Mundu Radio didnt have near that many radio stations when i downloaded it, plus i couldn't find any hip-hop at all and noticed many bugs in the program itself. Go with Mercora M...the quality on their internet radio is ridiculous. It never skips or pauses.

Has anyone tried the Resco Pocket Radio? I have the trial and want to buy it but some of the stations dont work now and dont want to buy it if they're aren't working. HELP ANYONE?

I downloaded it today and the prompt screen stated the trial expired...

is this the same company that makes mundu IM? i saw a post on crunchgear.com and apparently it supports aim gtalk etc

Yes, this is the same company that offers Mundu. They also offer MunduSpeak, which is a VoIP communication package that lets you talk for free to other MunduSpeak users.

My company will be bringing this product along with some other IM products from Geodesic into the US for sales/support.

I wasn't impressed with Mundu Radio. 7000 stations? Not on the program I installed, there were only 20 or so, no hip-hop and the 'rock' station was no where close to rock. IMHO

I have Mundu Radio - I think its pretty cool. I like being able to update my playlist online and sync with my Q. However, I did notice that the genre categories are off - alot! If you click on some genres you'll get music that belongs in other genres - for instance, I found a "light music" type station under Country??? I've also found hip hop under other non-related genres. Once I identify the stations and their actual Genres I just add them to my playlist and rename them correctly.
