The backlight blinking feature works fine. I'm referring to the MENU itself. You provide 4 options, LED Options, Suspend All, Activation, Cancel. I am just suggesting the edition of a TEST option to allow watching the LED activity during the set-up process.

When you mentioned little value to your Q9h, we thought you were referring to a bug. Ah, no bug, just a suggestion. Thanks for clarifying.
