Keeping Business and Personal Outlook info separate

Does anybody have a good solution for keeping work and home outlook accounts/profiles separate? I use outlook both at home and work, and would like to get both on my phone, but not intermingle the two. I use verizon's wireless sync to push email from home to my phone, and exchange and active sync to get work related outlook data. Set it up last night, and when I came to work this morning all of my personal appointments and reminders were in my shared outlook calendar at work ... !!!

Is there anyway to keep my phone retrieving emails etc. from both home and work, but not push from my phone?
