Java? looping weather maps

How can you get the weather maps from NOAA.gov to loop on the Q?
Is java needed to get this to work? Will this work?

This is the best source for weather. Any suggestions?

I have not gotten the NOAA site to loop, but Weather Underground's mobile site's radars will look for me: http://mobile.wunderground.com

As an avid back packer, I'd like to have a little more detail in the weather map. When I'm on the trail 3-5 days, I'm thinking this looping map would be the deal if I could get it to loop.
