Intellisync for POP email issue

I am using IntelliSync for my personal email. However, I cannot access the settings to allow attachments to be downloaded on the initial sync. The box to check in the settings is grey and I cannot select.

Also, I do use ActiveSync for my Exchange email and I have no problem or issues getting my attachments.

Anyone have any ideas how to get attachments automatically downloaded on initial sync using Intellisync?
