Default How to remove McAfee Virus Scan!

I just figured it out...

I've been trying to get this thing off of here for WEEKS, as well as many others.

This is the most simple way to do it, without even having to reboot your phone or do a Master Reset.

What you have to do is, go to File Manager>Program Files. Highlight the McAfee folder and press Menu>Move To, then select somewhere else to move it to. (Somewhere you know you can access easily)

After you move it, kill it on your Task Manager.

Finally, go to wherever you moved it to, and delete it.

That should be the last of the battery killing, RAM hogging McAfee Virus Scan.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

You are officially my hero! Thanks so much. Did you, in any of your literature see any warning about this battery eating file? Just curious

Haha you are very welcome! I didn't see any warnings at all. Everything I listed is exactly what happened if I remember correctly.

Try killing it, then quickly moving it.
