Hi all, first time poster...I just recently got the Q for my job. I'm required to run an IT ticketing program on the Q so I also have a 2 gig mini SD chip. I got the program installed but am now being told "This application requires a newer version of the microsoft .NET compact framework than the version installed on this device"
ok....so how in the heck do I update that? Where can I find it? I know how to transfer files to the Q, etc. but I have no idea how to do this. help please!
there are 2 ways to do it
1. you can go to my site www.scottschrob.com/q/app.htm and download the .net 2.0 cab file and install it directly on your device
2. you can go to the microsoft web site and download the .msi file and then hook up the Q up to the PC and run the .msi file on the PC and it will install on the Q
