how do I update the .NET software on the Q?

Heh... well, try Start and see if it's with the other programs or look in Accessories or something to see if it went somewhere else.

If all else fails, try the File Manager application and navigate to \Windows\Program Files\ and see if it's there.

Well, I found the .exe file in My Documents in File Manager. However, whenever I try to install it I get an error message saying an unexpected error has occurred in WMStopWAtch.exe.
So I'm still lost.
I appreciate your help. I really need this program.
