Scott, here I am with another stupid question. I need the newer .NET to run WM Stopwatch. I downloaded .NET from your website. When it opens there are a great number of files. What file(s) do I need to install on the Q. I know nothing of CAB files, so I'm lost.

Once again, many thanks!

if you downloaded the file from my site that said (cab file) next to it then it was infact a cab file
and it appears you removed the contents of the cab file WHICH IS A NO NO
redownload the file from my site and move the entire cab file to the Q and run it from the file manager
that will install the program

You guys are amazing. Doing what you said was a piece of cake. But now I can't get WM Stopwatch installed. It is a zip file and every time I try to install it I get a Error messages saying "an unexpected error has occured in
fv-071006-045332.exe."
Then it says Select Quit. Is there something in particular that needs to be done to install a zip file.

Gracias

you need to verify that it is a 'zip' file and not a 'cab' file as the icons are the exact samething

Extract the zip file first, should be a .cab or .exe file in there.

Do extract .zip files
Do not extract .cab files

When the zip file is extracted, there is an .exe file, but that won't install either. More error messages.

Run the .exe on your PC with your Q connected... (like you would for a sync), it will install the software, then just follow the prompts on your Q.

OK, did that, and the app opened on my desktop but I can't find it on the Q.
