How do i tell which apps are installed to phone?

just cleared up my storage card,but my phone only has about 9mb left-- how do I move/tell which apps are on my phone vs storage card.

how do I tell how many msg are in my text messaging inbox?

To find what you have installed
Start > Settings > More > Remove Programs.

text Messages, you have to count. Don't forget to check your Sent Messages folder, as well.

thanks for the response. I know how to check what's installed but I wanted to knowhow to check which programs are installed where (phone/card).

and is there any menu/app that will count them for me?

Ther isn't anyway to decipher which one is installed where. The Q simply recongizes that it is installed.

By "clearing up my storage card" do you mean that you have taken the apps off. And correct me if I'm wrong but if the apps are on your storage card they wouldn't be showing against your phone's memory, would they?

I cleared a few songs off my memory card. I now have more space on my memory card, so since I have less and less space available on my phone memory, I wanted to move my apps to my SD card. However I am not sure which I have installed where.

Just look into your folders on your storage card to see what is there. If you don't see your apps in any of the folders then they are most likely on your phone's memory. All you have to do is move them to your storage card, most of them will run fine from your storage card with no problems. I have 29 apps on my storage card.
