i would have to assume it's a setting inside the application, i know it is in Papyrus (which i use), noted that choice was only given at install so i had to install it again to make it the default..

Open Extreme Agenda, go to Menu --> Options. On the screen that appears, arrow down to the "System Shortcuts" section. You can then tell the Q to open Extreme Agenda for Calendar, Tasks and Contacts by checking the appropriate boxes.

I have been using Extreme Agenda since April and like it, if you decide to purchase it I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Hope this helps,
David

Default Thanks, but one more thing

I have one more question about Extreme Agenda. You see, I accidentally created another category and how do I delete it? Extreme Agenda is not giving me an option to delete the extra category that I accidentally created.

Not sure on that one. I think it uses the categories in Outlook, so maybe you can delete it from Outlook?? You might try going to Extreme Agenda's website:

http://www.birdsoft.biz/index.htm

Good luck.

Good luck.

The thing is, I don't have Microsoft Outlook so I solely depend on the Q itself

It should clear out any categories that are not in use. If you still have this category selected in any of your Pocket Outlook data then it will not be purged from the list? Is this the problem??

The problem being is that I created an extra category from the Contacts list. I went into the options and all that but there was no delete button at all to delete any of the categories (Business, Personal, Holiday, etc.)

Yes, I dont know of a way to get rid of the default categories that wouldnt be very involved, if it is even possible. Your new category that you created should be removed if you remove it from the contact you added it to.
