How do I put apps on my Q - Motorola Q Forum

Ok you guys might think im a freggin idiot, i might be. I looked at all the sticky threads and everywhere else to find out about the apps. I just got my Q tuesday, i have it synced but i just dont know how to get the files to my Q, i have them on my computer, i know im a DA, please help

If they are .cab files, connect active sync and select "explore" then you can copy the files to pretty much anywhere on the phone. Use the phone's file manager to find and execute the .cab file.

If they are .exe files, Connect active sync and execute the file from the PC

if its an exe install via active sync or WMDC(vista)

if its a cab transfer file to Q and select/run it via Q file manager

wow guys thanx for the help, i told you i was an idiot, i was trying to open the files and move them in my computer instead of through activsync. But i have it all figured out, thanks a bunch
