How do I load games on my phone

How are you doing? I just dl a few games from here and some other software to load on my phone but it isn't working. I opened up the setup link and it has all kinds of script in there. Can someone help me out on how to get this to work properly? Also is this the same for other software like screensavers for this site? Your help will greatly be appreciated.

I browsed my device using the Bluetooth connenction and just dropped the cabs into my documents. Go to File Manager on your Q and navigate to the cab. Once selected, it will install. On some games, I wasn't able to install, but I run the program by this same method (PacMan for one).
