Home Screen Designer Launch Problems

I'm curious if other "Q" owners have had issues installing Home Screen Designer. I recently bought the application on-line and was unable to get it to launch on my office machine although I have full administrator privileges. Because XP machines are sometimes troublesome on our network at the college where I teach I also attempted to get it to run on our Dell desktop at home. I've installed frame net 2.0 on both and I still get a Microsoft error message when I attempt to launch the application. Your thoughts and suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
