Help with Fonts

I am currently a blackberry user with Cingular and am looking to switch to the Q with Verizon. I checked out the device this past weekend and the one complaint I have relates to font size. It is rediculously large - in the inbox you can only see three or four emails at a time.

Is there anything one could do to shrink the font size? The system font on the unit I checked out was set to normal.

i know you can go to internet options and change the font for the web pages.. I will check the registry to see if there is a string in there that can change the font size...

Sorry to bump this old thread - would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this question. If there's a fix, I will be getting the Q.
