Help running a .cab file

I am able to get the .cab file on my phone. I install it. Re-start the phone. Now how do I use that application?

depending on the application it should be in the start menu

after you run it there should be a folder i think called 'mobile office' or 'office' in your start menu

search for ringtones and there is a thread about ringtone sites

you can also you any MP3 as a ringtone too
