  |  did your sales associate tell you windows 98se would work with the Q? you might have to contact motorola to see if it works together

| that is not a option at the moment like it my computer is shows the mobile device.. as a seperate icon.. i really thought it would be like a removeable drive.. is there any way i can get files to my q .. im so frustrated .. if i install my mini sd card would it reconice that as a removable drive? like i understand why the guts nad organs arnt gonan be displayed cuz u could delete something and cause the your q to explode .. but im wondering if i put in my sd card would it read that at all? like im just mad because i am jsut asking tthe q to do the basic of things and i cant... a mp3 .... a simple mp3.... geeeeeeez .. i will have more luck asking you ppl then the fools at telus canada.. they couldnt even tell me what activesync was when i talked to them last week |

| well can you open the mobile device icon on your PC while its hooked up via USB chord? if it opens try to copy files over...or you can use your SD card and copy files that way and then put the card in the Q...if you have a card reader... i know you keep saying that updating your OS is not an option...but what we are saying if its not working properly it might just be becuase the OS is so old it might not be supported 100%...
