Help adjusting Volume on Photo Contact 5

I just had a question about the Photo Contact Pro.... I've installed it on my SD card and run the programs from there.

However I've run into a slight problem. The ringtones will not play at the volume I set it to. For example normal is at Level 4, but it sounds like it's playing at a level 2....I even tried to change it to LOUD...but still sounds like it's playing at level 2. And then when I trying to play the ringtone on WMP....it's the same volume even at 100% Volume.....

Please help. I like the program...but i'm not liking the fact that I can't adjust the volume.

Perhaps its your main volume that is not set loud enough.

When you play an MP3 or video, is the volume loud enough? If not, the way to fix this, is to press and hold the Scroll Button for a few seconds then crank it up to full volume.

Ok, well I am still messing around with the program. I guess when you're previewing the ringtone....it plays at a lower volume. But when the calls/sms actually come thru....it plays at it's normal level or the level you put it as.

Not really sure...Still messing around with it.
