HandiTV - able to watch live tv or pre-run video clips?

I'm considering purchasing this program. Can you watch live tv with your phone or you get to watch video clips from a tv station? as turn your tv on and your handitv on q, the same tv program/show would run or just video clips?
Is there any other program like HandiTV but better?

i have HandiTV and i would not buy it again, stations are very limited, often choppy.. i do believe most station are live. if you have a home always connected pc with a tv tuner card you could consider using Orb. most reliable so i hear but also the most expensive is to get a Slingbox..

Thanks for the input. I won't waste my money on it then. I found this site called motoq411.com, it's pretty good, a lot of good channels.

Yep Handitiv blows... I would get a sling box or orb with a TV tuner card
