The basic functionality is available in the beta and release version. I am not really interested in the additional functionality, only in the task management functionality (that should have been built into the OS) - thus is available for free.

To me, this is the most elegant / efficient Task Closer available; far supperior to old school favorites like xbar and qTask (both of which I used back in the day). Thus, it's worth $7 to me in order to support the developer.

I'll have to give it a shot because after just redoing my phone and leaving STK off, its faster, besides the tasks option never killed all tasks.

Default I bought it and am trying it out

I think its got a few issues with reliability, but after setting up the end call button with single tp end call and double tap close active app, its worth it.

Which version did you install?

2.6.3 (the latest). If mapping to the red hangup button, make sure to assign as a double tap.

Within the actual setup for the red button, what did you specifically assign to single tap? I know for double tap, you assigned 'close application'. I do not see 'end call' listed anywhere.

The program is waaaay too buggy! It keeps loading my applications randomly even if I don't use the assigned trigger.

Hang Up current call or ...
1. Press Red Button
2. Close active application

I've been using this for a couple of months now, and have never encounter any bugs. I have right and left soft keys loaded for four different tasks each, including: close app, turn display on\off, memory app and more. This is a great app, and to me is much better for mapping keys than smart toolkit.
