IMHO, the indicator is almost worthless.

I have a better test. I used bandselect to lock to Edge only. I was still able to get the "My Location" to work. So, there.

It just means it's not working everywhere yet.

Yes and No, I just showed how to prove a theory to be conclusively wrong. It was not my theory.

For some reason, it is only working when I am at my job in Queens.

I use Copilot Live 7.....Real!!!! door to door, turn by turn, voice prompted directions with automation correction and reroute. Doesn't take a tower link. Works anywhere! I only use Google maps for the Photos.

can we not get in to the my location feature whether it works or not in every google maps thread?

i believe a link was posted in this thread describing what my location is and how it works
