is there any way to download all the maps for a specific region ie your county or several counties in your state onto your pc and then send this info to your phone? i am asking this because i dont have a data plan and i want to be able to use googlemaps on my phone. im just wondering if there is a way to do this.

What kind of Q do you have?

Unfortunately, I believe that Google Maps and Window Live Search rely on a data connection to access maps. Perhaps one of the other GPS programs out there (like TomTom, etc., or whichever programs might be compatible with the Q) has this functionality, and you may need to buy a separate GPS receiver for your Q to with these programs.
