I was thinking about this earlier but with One Note Mobile. It probably wouldn't be the best or prettiest but it would get the job done or you could use a Pencil as was suggested earlier.

. A GPS enabled golf program would be pretty cool.

This works. I was able to login with my free trial. For you real golf aficenados this might be the ticket at least on the Q. Searched for a course I used to play on in NC and it pulled it up. Hole #1 Par 4 378 yds playing from the blue.
