Default Gmail Fetch feature

I am using this on the desktop and kind of like it.
Is there a way to use it on the q?
I mean to have one email configured, then have the drop down list to send from?
Or would you have to keep each account on the device and manually check email on that specific account.
for instance, email account a fetches b.
to respond to an email on account b I would have to switch to that account, hit send and receive, then respond whereas on the desktop its a dropdown. Any thoughts?

I tested out the fetch feature for Qore to make sure it worked for PushEffect. It did work, just make sure it leaves a copy on the other emal service then yes you can do what your saying (access that account..send/receive). No dropdowns...

Fetch also kinda notices your email habits/frequencies of the other email account and will fetch accordingly...mostly!

Thanks Tree, just saw in a post you did a few weeks ago and trying to avoid using pusheffects, but wanted to save battery life and not have the q check five accounts every hr or so.
