After installing the programs and resetting, open TCPMP and press

To help with the buffering, press

Video Driver - >
GDI.
If you want to open a video in fullscreen, press
Options - >
Settings - >
Select Page - >
Player. Check the box that says "Play at open in fullscreen" and press okay.
