oh ok i thought you meant the other flash file
you dont use that file...you have to use the smartphone version of TCPMP which you can find on my apps page

That error message came up while installing the TCPMP on your site.

I was one step ahead and tried that picard link too. I received the same message:

"Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate."

Sounds like the security policy on your phone is set to high. Here is an article talking about how to lower the security policy (Application Unlock). My provider doesn't lock the Q down that much. I just get a warning about the certificate but I just say yes and it continues.
