Extreme Text Problem

First off, thanks Bird for this great program. I am having a few problems with it though. First off is when I have the ticker checked for using Extreme as my default, that works fine, but it only has Extreme Text and Outlook listed. I never use my outlook and have a gmail account that doesn't show up.

Which Extreme Text is my default text application my gmails do not notify on the phone as they usually would either.

I then have to go into outlook, which brings up my other menu of

Text Message
Outlook
Gmail.

Then after that my phone will have the normal text application as default until I reclick that one option and reboot the phone.

Anyone experience this?

yea.. that is a good thought and i'm sure Brian will see this... you know there is another thread about eXtreme Text right ?

Yea that thread is too long to help anyone though. the first 10 pages are just talk and I gave up after that!
