Default Contacts backup and task mngr

Ok so I don't care about any data on my phone other than losing my contacts. For some reason I can't sinc with outlook to back them up that way. Is there another alternative? Preferably freeware, but if not willing to pay for a working app.

Lastly, I have been trying to find a task manager somewhat like what is in Windows. I would like to see how much CPU/memory an app is using, as well as see those hidden services you can't see in the default task manager.

Thanks

You could also use Nyxbull's NS contacts. Free, easy, works fine...

You could use Smartoolkit to see the processes and how much memory is used by each....

This I understand but along these lines, is it possible to actually run "Contacts" from the pim.vol on a card. I have well over 600 and although already backed up, it would free more ram on the Q9m. TIA !!!!!

its in the root directory of the Q
use the file manager to copy and paste and if you want to copy it to the PC then use active sync/windows device center
