Contact Priority or Pass Through...

I have searched here, there and everywhere and have yet found anything that will do what I want it to do. I have tried the Photo Contacts Pro DEMO and it does not seem to do what I want, so I did not buy the full version.

Here's what I want:

I work weird hours, so I want to be able to put my phone on SILENT but still have selected contacts RING.

In Photo Contacts Pro, I set the default to BYPASS so that i can still use my Phone Settings, however, when trying to do contacts or categories, I can BYPASS, REJECT, VIBRATE, etc... but none let me force RING...\

Any Ideas,

I had Photo Contacts before. I dont think you can have it both ways. If the phone in on Silent,it wont ring regardless.

Well that blows, I can FORCE a call NOT to ring, but i CAN'T force it to RING... what type of b/s is that. I can't be the only one that wants to sleep in peace and not have to worry about being woke up, but still need to be available for SELECTED people if they were to call...

A possible workaround might be to set up a silent ring tone and switch to that at night as your main ring tone while leaving your special contacts with their own personal ring tones. Might even be a way to have CT scheduler to run a script for this.

Ok, maybe not... :-( It appears that email and txt messages still sends audible notifications. (I know, I could disable those as well, but I am to lazy to go through and switch a dozen settings)

As far as the ringtone, I had thought about that as well, but I have Personal ringtones set for people that I would not want to be woken up by...

Back to the drawing board!!!
