everytime I try to send a text message it does not send and the error message I get back is " Your text message cannot be sent. " then it put the message in the drafts folder. I am in the text message section of messaging section of the phone.
I have tried just the phone number. The phone number@carrier address. Nothing works. I have read that WM5 text application can not handle anything but the phone number but still no luck.
Thanks guys. Apperently the service rep at ACS was mistaken and text messages does not come with the unlimited data pack. I think it should for 40 bucks a month. They want to carge me an additional $4 per month to text.
Think I will stick to sending e-mails to my friends phones. Of course it took an hour on the phone with a tech troubleshooting my phone before he realized that my account did not allow text messaging.

Of course, tech support agents get sick of checking their customers accounts after awhile (I know I did....) and just assume that any call they receive is related to a technical issue....sorry to hear he wasted your time and got paid for it....
Your right some of it is becasue of repetition, miscomunication internally, package changes and so on.
The sad thing is poor service is expected from a cell phone provider these days.
I have talked with a couple of good reps that was able to resolve my issues quickly or if not was actually tenacious enough to stick with it to make sure it did get fixed and keep me informed along the way.
They just seem to be far and few between.

And company motto's seem to be "scoop whatever suckers we can" instead of "the freedom to choose" I am not cut out to talk on phones to people with problems all day
