Is there any programs that utilize the camera on the Q maybe do some effects etc?

your probably better off using your PC to do effects on the pictures...like photoshop

Is PhotoShop really that easy to use? I have PhotoShop 7.0, Pro CS2 and Lightroom. I dont know how to use any of them. A buddy of mine passed them on to me. Do you know of a tutorial out there or something?

i wont lie its difficult to learn everything...but once you get the basics down you will be better off...there are always books to read up on it...
