Default .cab files
ok, i know this is a newbie question, but whatever...i downloaded some software here like candlelight and i can't seem to put it into activesync. the files are .cab and i can't drag them to activesync. please help a newbie out

You don't drag onto ActiveSync. You open ActiveSync's Explore window and drag into that or use the Mobile Device item in Windows Explorer to copy files.
