Backup/ Image copy?

I was going to search, but know that I'd find mostly Sprite related posts. In anticipation of my 9m that should be arriving today/ tomorrow, I wanted to know if there is an easy and free way of getting my Q apps, mirrored over to the 9m.

I have mostly everything installed to my 2GB card, if that helps anyone give me recommendations. I also don't mind someone telling me an easy way to manually do this.

as far as i know, a backup program like sprite is the only way to do that. and actually, im not even sure if sprite would work going from an original q to a Qm. as far as the software installed on the card, you will need to reinstall it on the new phone. if you just insert the card into the new phone, most if not all of the software wont work.
