Default AOL IM on Q?
How do I AIM on my Q9m? I guess I need to download AIM software somewhere? Can I get a CAB file? Is it free? Is this do-able? Thanks for any help. (My searches on this yeilded nothing. Thanks.) E

search the IM threads
there are tons of them...i figured you would have noticed this already you have been here for a little while

there is no AIM only program
all the IM clients have AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Google and a few others

Octro (freee)
Palringo
IM+
Agile Messanger
MunduIM

I wasn't searching for IM - I was searching like AIM. OK, ok.

Palringo is also freeee! Very stable, works great, very cool. Has a power/data saving mode too...

palringo constantly cut out on me...literally everytime I'd send an IM it would cut out kinda stunk...

Never had a problem with Palringo and have been using it for quite some time. It's never quit on me or never locked my phone up. It's actually been really stable for me. Although I don't tend to stay logged into it ALL day.

When you are logged in to whatever instant messanger program you are using, does it use your plan minutes or is it using your data? E
