Anyone ever have problem purchasing Agenda One?

I went to the company website to purchase it yesterday, and it came up with repeated errors upon trying to complete my purchase. After numerous attempts, I gave up for the time being.

Today I looked at my credit card online and they charged me for it, but I don't have it. They won't answer any response by email etc and the phone number for the purchase site ( Handango ) seems to never be answered.

Just curious if anyone else has had problems.

I have since downloaded a trial of Papyrus and may go that way due to this whole situation.
